H.A.I.N: Trust No One in This Ritual of Betrayal and Survival.

H.A.I.N: Heir of the Ancient Immortal Necromancer is a co-op horror experience that turns teamwork into paranoia. Set in a dark, cursed world, the game blends survival, exploration, and social deception—where one player is secretly chosen to betray the rest. In H.A.I.N, survival isn’t just about escaping the darkness… it’s about knowing who to trust.

A Co-op Horror Game Built on Betrayal

At its core, H.A.I.N is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game for up to four players. While players begin as a team working toward a shared goal, that trust is fragile. Once the ritual begins, one player is secretly selected as the Necromancer’s heir, the traitor known as H.A.I.N.

From that moment on, the game shifts. Cooperation turns into suspicion, and every decision becomes a risk.

Story and Setting: A Cursed Land Called Wraithmere

The game takes place in Wraithmere, a haunting region filled with cursed forests, abandoned villages, forgotten cemeteries, and ancient mines.

You and your group are brought here as sacrifices for a powerful Necromancer. But before claiming your souls, she plays a twisted game—forcing you to complete a ritual while being hunted from within your own group.

Every location tells part of the story, filled with secrets, hidden paths, and clues that slowly reveal the truth behind the curse.

The Ritual: Your Only Way Out

The main objective is simple, but far from easy: collect ancient artifacts and complete a ritual to escape.

Players must explore dangerous regions, gather resources, and survive long enough to finish the ritual. But with the constant threat of betrayal and lurking horrors, completing it becomes a tense, high-stakes challenge.

Survivors vs The Heir: Two Completely Different Roles

Survivors must work together, stay hidden, and use artifact-based abilities to survive. Communication and teamwork are essential—but trusting the wrong player could be fatal.

Moreover, there will be a chosen traitor among the survivors. The chosen traitor plays a completely different game. Their goal is to deceive, sabotage, and eliminate the group at the perfect moment. Blending in, gaining trust, and striking at the right time is what makes this role very nerve wracking!
